Her name is Arla, and she is the latest addition to the crew of the Despair. She is half Drow , half Elf (sired by an Elven slave ), note her pale skin.

Her mother is a top Gang Boss with ties to the Benitch family.

She is currently seen around town with Kalan ,a Reiver of House Kobra.
