Thats not a lot in comparison to the EE lawyers fees and they have lost a lot more in terms of the right to several trade marks and copyrights, the market is open for spare parts for models now as long as the name is worded properly. So if there is a new model it is possible that someone could create an upgrade kit for an existing model and not be sued as long as they were careful in the name and description.

The only good thing about EE is the nice models, the pricing, rules and philosophy are so last century, they don't care about the buyers only in selling more craps rules and add-ons.

Which is why we should use Bolt Action rules with EE minis. biggrin

Looking again at the actual list of things which can now be copied by third parties....without prosecution. surprised

I see your point. happy

Anyone fancy sculpting some "alternative Tau heads" ??? wink

Just think, GW rules in a tome the size of the Gutenberg bible and they still cant get it right!!!

how many editions and upgrades and it's still ... cant think of a polite word to describe "what my dog does when we are out for a walk and I have to pick it up with a bag".
