We seem to be playing a lot of Bolt Action, Saga etc.
As more and more people got involved it might be time to think about some purchasing some terrain to match the well painted armies that are in use.
Firstly can we have an opinion on what is needed to fill the gaps in what we already have.
Secondly, where to purchase the items.
Having played with Gerry's own terrain i have to say it adds both to the visual appeal of the table and to the overall game play.
I know we have the Citadel mats and they are excellent.
What else do we need to bring our available terrain up to the standard that Gerry has set for us?

Hi
I have to agree with all of the above the club could do with some nice new hedges and trees, there must be about 10/12 bolt action/ saga players in the club now so it's going to be used most weekends, the one thing that has become apparent is that when you think you have enough terrain on the table for BA then you need more it's terrain intensive saga I don't think is as bad for terrain.
Would it be worth discussing this at the club with a view to approaching The last valley to see if we could get a club discount on an order that might be able to cover say three tables in the club or more depending on what the prices are like.
I will try to get the dimensions of Gerry's new buildings with a view to building some for the club.

Quote (pavlov) The last valley
Seemingly this guy can't be trusted, lots of bad press, unfilled orders etc.

Hi
The guy had a bit of a rough patch a few years ago but has got past it (as far as I'm aware), the tmp has a particular hatred of him, he was at Carronade last year and is still in business as far as i'm aware, we could pick the order up at Carronade and pay on the day.
Unfullfilled orders and trustworthyness seem to go hand in hand with terrain companies.

Hi
It looks nice but I found this thread on another forum a sample might be in order.
http://wargamesemporium.com/forum....4b565ed
It might be worth chatting about this at the club on Sunday then we could do some more googlefu and try and find some other suppliers at least see what direction were going in.

Gerry said he could get the buildings from the guy who made them for a good price. Suggest we speak to Gerry - the price was certainly a lot cheaper than I have seen at Static.
Looks like I will need to check out the club funds, ans space in the cupboards will ahve to be considered. We do have resin WWII buildings.
They also do damaged cardboard buildings - seen at static they looked good.
