Why delay?
I can take Walters role, and Ian can take Marks - Ian W has already said he is interested in it.
Have you worked out the number of stands for the artillery?
What is the conversion for the cavalry is it 250 per base same as the infantry?
If we don't do this what else are we going to do?

Because if peoples characters get killed and they are not present, then people might get very annoyed.
Two stands of artillery
The cavalry is the same.... 250 men / base.
There must be something else we can do.

Now, now no defeatist talk before the first die rolled - it should be a good game. Especially with so many novices playing. I'm sure the spiders that Hugh supplements your army with will make it tough - no morale ,like the Undead army you used before, has significant advantages in FOG.
Hugh - can you remind me how many Orcs we need I'll bring in the LOTR box.
Also the other figures like Drow / dark Elves we need, is it 3 figs per stand?
Anything else you can think of?
I'll make sure my camera is charged up this should make for a good photo opportunity.
Oh since Ardulzyr the High Priest of Vhaeraun has leadership 1 I think I take it he is with the mighty Artillery  .
I don't remember if Clerics get anything in fantasy FOG like in Hordes of things.
Anyway see you Sunday.

Hi Ross,
Yes 3 per stand, except medium foot which are x2.
We will need 36 orcs ...uruk hai would be nice.
And 56 drow , we may need to use D&D minis along with the GW ones you were working on ???
ie x8 astralla with bow/crossbow
and 4 x 12 Shanizar militia. armed with whatever,( do you have any Drow cavalry ?)
Also 2 ballista with crew & High Priest.
Don't forget the camera

I have finished say 30-40 Dark Elves as Drow but GW figures come as spearmen. All done as Drow.
I picked up metal Blacktree figs, 10 swordsmen, 10 bowmen with command each. Painted and done as Drow.
Drow cavalry you ask? Well that depends are they for Lloth?
Ha!! Yes I have about 20 painted as Drow and 10-15 Dark Elves - As I bought Dereks Army a few months ago. So loads.
