Hey you guys seen this battle report on youtube? Makes me want to have a go at Ronin, despite not being the biggest fan of the era, and the table they play on is just beautiful.

What are folks opinions on the game? And is there a similar game but for medieval periods (so you could do thing's such as robin hood v's the sheriffs men etc)

I'm not a big fan of the era either.

Just seen 47 Ronin at the weekend....it was poor. sad

DEMON : " When next we meet, i shall tear you limb from limb...there will be no escape. "

Hero: " You bring balloon animals and i'll hire a clown..... we can make it a regular party. "

See I thought it would be so did not bother.

I don't know why I don't like the period so much as others, I have tried to get into it more even with the Total War video game series, but I still really prefer medieval Europe. But the game could still be fun, you don't have to get too into the period surely for an occasional game of Ronin, plus it's pretty damn cheap!
