I'd say yes you could be able to create a new list as your playing style would be different from Walts, Plus you don't have his lists anyway.

Hey Chi ... Soz for pulling out, but, as u know, I wanted to start on creating my Tau AT-43 "Army Book" during the seasonal break ... failed miserably!!! I didn't get a chance to create any RB army lists, so knock yourself out ... war on!

With u now in control of the four Red Blok factions, and controlling the Obs Outpost, the Red Blok boys are on the move! This could be the start of a major offensive by ur comrades ... lead them on into the hellfire that is war! ... Lt Walts (Traitor to the Red Blok & defector to the Tau Empire!)
