How to set up (as playtested)

Step 1) Both players choose 8 terrain pieces each.

Up to two of each players choices may be secondary objectives.

A Secondary objectives choice comprises of 2 Containers.

Therefore each player can place a maximum of 4 Containers on the Battlefield.

Some usual choices; A Large building ( counting as 2 TP ! ) / a small building / 6 low walls / a crater / a toxic swamp.

Players can mutually decide to define the terrain as they see fit.

Both players dice off,......highest places first.

When all terrain pieces are deployed.

Step 2) Players get two objectives each ( Therian Nanogenerators normally )

Players dice off again, highest placing first.

These must not be placed within 20 cm of another objective.

Step 3) One of the players nominates each of the battlefield edges and dices to determine where he will deploy.

His opponent will deploy on the opposite side.

Step 4 ) Prepare to play..............Remember, a Company defending a Sector gets +1 on all Authority rolls.

Also, units deploy 30 cm in from the edge on turn one. ......15 cm in from turn 2 onwards.

Victory Conditions.

After 6 turns the side with the highest VP total is the winner.

Scoring VP ;

3 VP per turn for each objective.

Destroying units; Type I Infantry = 1 VP / Type II Infantry = 2 VP / Type III Infantry = 4 VP

Destroying AFV ; Type I AFV = 2 VP / Type II AFV = 4 VP / Type III AFV = 8 VP

Killing a Hero ; 2 VP

Secondary Objectives ; 100 Reinforcement Points a Turn for each Container.

Another point comrade chairman, do the Therians get any benefits from the nanogenerators as in extra LPs or other nasties? Or am I being a paranoid Red Blok, under siege by the rest of the universe, type person?

No, thats a special Frostbite campaign rule.

Karmans dont get anything for Crystals either. Hurray ! biggrin

Hi gang,

I can do the print off and bring it in on Sunday if u let me know all the changes or does a list -- I don't know all the ammendments
