I think this is one for Da'Umpire to look at, It looks like we have been playing terrain effects all wrong, i.e ice flows, crevasses etc.

this is a quote from page 13 of the Frostbite book:

Élysée is wide stretches of wilderness in between a handful
of military bases, industrial sites and small colonies. Every terrain
has its own characteristics and some of them have special
rules presented here.
A fighter is considered to be on a particular terrain when
at least half his base is on it. A unit is considered on a terrain
when at least half its members are on it.

Over to you Da'Umpire

Could I make the suggestion that each type of terrain type be looked at closely, i.e. a crev will not kill fighters standing on it, but they still can't cross it, etc ... Walts

There isnt anything wrong with the rules, they are clear and concise.

The problem is we went throught a whole campaign playing the rules wrongly because we didnt read the rules from the start of the chapter.

The first paragraph tell who is effected, this is what we missed.

We simply jumped to the effect (what if) part in later paragraphs

Hi Gents,

Having read this particular area of the book again, I would have to agree with Banksi and say that we have been playing this incorrectly.

I would suggest that everybody rereads this particular section again ahead of the campaign.

Cheers
