Space Marines 1500 AP

1 Captain ; 5 Vet inf (65 AP) + Armour (25 AP) + 4 Auto R (40 AP )+ Flamer (20 AP )+ 2nd Liut. ( +50AP ) = 200 AP

4 squads ; 5 Vet inf (65 AP) + Armour (25 AP) + 4 Auto R (40 AP )+ Bazooka + pistol (50 AP ) = 180 AP x 4 = 720 AP

2 Rhino ; Regular Medium Hull (140 AP) + MMG (20 AP ) + transport 10 (30AP) = 190 AP x 2 = 380 AP ( total 1300 AP) ( edit ; Techmarine crew)

1 Scout ; Regular Sniper 50 AP. ( total 1350 AP)

"They Shall Know No Fear" 150 AP ( total 1500 AP )

TSKNF = Special rule ; Space marines never believe that defeat is possible. So do not count pin markers when taking activation or morale tests.

1 Landraider ; Regular Superheavy tank 400AP + 2 heavy guns @ 70 AP (+ 140 AP ) + MMG (+20 AP ) transport 10 (+30 AP) = 590 AP
( edit ; Techmarine crew)

1 Rhino ; Regular Medium Hull (140 AP) + MMG (20 AP ) + transport 10 (30AP) = 190 AP ( edit ; Techmarine crew)

2 squads ; 5 Vet inf (65 AP) + Armour (25 AP) + 4 Auto R (40 AP )+ Bazooka + pistol (50 AP ) = 180 AP x 2 = 360 AP ( total 1350 )

Will every Special Rule be available to all players/armies?

I think they should, that way everyone has the same platform to build an army. However, there might need to be a cap on how many Special Rules an army (unit?) can have in case one unit has a load on and becomes impossible to put down?

A limit would be a good idea.....what about 3 special rules per army ?

I'm going to struggle with only 3 for the Eldar list..... wink

Holofields....haywire grenades....mandiblasters.....night spinners .....grav tanks....psykers... fleet of foot.......it goes on and on !

Those pointy-eared dweebs have got more cheese than a cheese factory.....

Depends on the fluff......

Yeah, the fluff can be a headache to work out points to, but if we do some playtesting on specific fluff, we could see how effective/deadly it is and gauge points from there?

Happy to playtest specific rules to see how much fluff we should have floating around the battlefield ... "fluff incoming!!! ... runaway, run awayyy ... "
