it actually looks pretty good to be honest, if it is a true copy it'll be interesting to see what everyone thinks of the Evasion value rules

Automatically penetrating on ramming moves? I see Tank V Tank Close combat more common than Inf v Inf.

I wouldn't read into these rules too much as they are early beta (May) and there is always the chance they could be fake.
That aside the rules look very promising and going by other leaked codexs and the leaked 5th ed rules I am inclined to believe that these are the real deal.

Good point but i was thinking more in the way of if it turns out to be a lagit. copy then I wont need to either go and get the new starter set to get the mini version or spend a ridiculous amount to get the hardback

The rulebook is bound to get scanned and put up on the internet within days of its release(or before), there won't be much use for old beta rules :p.
