Hi guys
have a problem, Lee wouldn't be able to join in on the apocalypse game. Does someone possibly have a contact number for him?
I hope this doesn't sound to anyone like i'm being nasty to him or anything, it's just he's only just got a basic grasp on 40k and we don't think he'll cope with apocalypse.

unless he join in with Drow if he wants there isn't anything for him to do. He can't play apocalypse with us, he just won't cope with the scale of the game.

Unfortunately Lee did not return his contact form (his cat ate it!!). We will just need to see if he turns up. But the form needs to be filled in.

Would it not be possible to play against him, while still playing Apocalypse at the same time.

WH40K is turn based, so one of the guys on the team not currently taking a turn, could play against Lee/ David , (or referee a game between them ?).

After all when its not your turn all you do is wait for the Assault Phase and watch the other guy roll dice (barring saves).

If Kaspasrov can play 20+ games of chess at the same time , you should be able to manage two games of WH40K.
You dont need to win....just give him a game, so he can pick up the rules !

it wouldn't work, the turns take to long in apocalypse to play. when the person who is playing lee is playing their lee would have to wait an hour between turns

What if one player on each team take a turn with Lee/David....when its not their turn in apocalypse ?

(ie , "one of the guys on the team not currently taking a turn,")

sadly not, teams have already been picked and army lists done. If we tried to change now it would be a n absolute nightmare to get everyone sorted.
